Whats happens if I don't recieve my package?

What to do if your package is delayed or missing:

If your package doesn’t arrive within 2-4 days after the estimated delivery date, please contact us right away. We’ll promptly open a trace request with Canada Post on your behalf.

  • Canada Post typically completes a trace investigation within 5 business days.
  • If the package is located, Canada Post will forward it to you as quickly as possible (you’ll usually receive it a few days after resolution).
  • If the package is declared unrecoverable (lost), we’ll send you a one-time replacement at no extra charge.

For lost or seized packages: Once the Canada Post investigation is finalized and the package is confirmed lost or stolen, we will reship one replacement package (valued up to $500) free of charge.

Important notes:

  • We do not offer refunds for shipping/postage fees in cases of delays or issues caused by Canada Post.
  • Delivery is guaranteed for all orders, except in the following cases:
    • Addresses in Nunavut or Northern Quebec
    • Incomplete or inaccurate shipping information was provided

If you’re tracking your package on Canada Post’s or USPS website and it has not updated, your package is missing a scan; however, it is uncommon to happen. Most often, members get their packages on time or a day later. If you do not receive it 2 days after your expected date, let us know so we can file a trace with the post office.

  1. the postal worker put it in the wrong mailbox or
  2. A postal worker will scan in all the packages saying it was “delivered” and spend that day and/or the next day delivering it. From Canada Post, the investigation involves contacting the addressee to confirm delivery and to better understand what the person has done so far to track their package.

Please do the following before contacting Canada Post if you experience this problem:

  1. Check with the front desk
  2. Mail room or Community Mail Box
  3. See if you neighbour has it, or check around your property In rare cases, a delivery scan is entered into the system before the item is delivered. If you become aware that the addressee has received the item before we contact you, simply reply to this e-mail indicating the item has been received
  4. If the tracking shows it was delivered, we will not be able to send a replacement or give any sorts of refunds.

Ordering

Bite Size Delivery is one of the many online dispensaries in Canada operating **outside** the federally regulated medical system for psilocybin and cannabis products.
 
To access psilocybin (magic mushrooms) or related edibles through the official federal medical route, you would need a healthcare practitioner’s support and special authorization from Health Canada (such as through the Special Access Program), typically limited to specific therapeutic cases with approved sources. There are currently **no licensed producers or retailers** for non-medical psilocybin products in Canada.
 
Many cities, including Toronto, have allowed grey-market dispensaries and delivery services to operate openly in recent years, providing safer access to these plant-based medicines for adults while prohibiting sales to minors.
 
Mail-order delivery of psilocybin products has existed in various forms for decades in Canada, and to date, there are **no widely reported cases** of customers being charged solely for receiving such packages through standard mail or courier services.
 
That said, psilocybin and psilocin remain **controlled substances** under Canada’s Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. Bite Size Delivery operates without federal approval or licensing for these products, so we cannot be held responsible for any potential legal, customs, or other issues that may arise. Customers assume the associated risks when placing an order.
 
We prioritize discretion, quality, and adult access to psilocybin edibles, microdoses, and other formats—but please be aware this exists in a legal grey area.

We have a step-by-step guide on how to placing your order with Bite Size Delivery:

  1. You are able to see the products you are interested in ordering by going to https://bitesizecanada.com/shop/
  2. Choose the desired product(s), pick your quantity, then click “Add to Cart”.
  3. When you have finished picking out your desired products and are ready to check out, press the checkout icon, which will be redirected to the view cart page.
  4. Take a look to see if everything is right, if coupon codes are available, enter the code and hit apply coupon. Whenever you are ready, press proceed to checkout button.
  5. You will then need to fill in your billing info.
  6. Once all the required fields are filled, click “Proceed Checkout.”.
  7. Once at the “Checkout Confirmation page,” you will be provided your order number and instructions on sending a payment via Interac E-transfer. Orders will only be processed after the payment has been received.
  8. Once the payment has been collected, our facility will process the order and it will be shipped out the following business day. You will recieve a email with an Xpresspost/USPS tracking number. Congratulation’s you have now placed your order with bitesizedelivery.com.

If we receive your order and payment by our 1 pm PST cutoff time, your order will ship that business day. If we receive your order and payment after 1pm PST, your order will ship the next business day.

Orders placed on the weekends or holidays will be sent out the following business day.

Each and every order will be discreetly packaged and sealed, which will protect all of our clients’ privacy. We use Xpresspost mailers to get your package to your doorstep within 1-3 business days or 5-7 business days with USPS Tracked Package.

We ship priority to Canada & the USA

For orders under $200, we will replace the item one time.

For orders over $400, you will need to send us an unboxing video so we can see that the items are missing.

 

We DO NOT issue refunds or exchanges on any product.

If you have a defective item please email us with the attached pictures/ videos that support your claim within 48 hours of receiving it.

If you are eligible for a refund, it will be by store credit.

We have the right to deny claims that are not brought to our attention in a timely matter.

Payments & Fees

We currently accept Cryptocurrency, Interac E-transfer and Invoice Payments via Square checkout. Once we receive your payment, your order will be shipped out the same or next business day.

For new users to Bitcoin and cryptocurrency, please pay the EXACT amount + any TRANSACTION FEE you might occur. If we don’t get the exact amount + transaction fee, our system won’t match the payment with your order.

Flat Rate Country-Based Shipping 

  • Xpresspost $15 – Canada Post Xpress 2 business days to most parts of Canada.
  • USPS Tracked $20 – USPS tracked package 4-7 business days to most parts of USA

Delivery is guaranteed, provided your shipping information is accurate and correct at the time of placing the order. Please contact us ASAP if you made a mistake in inputting the wrong details.

Once you’ve finished placing your order, the next step is to send an Interact E-transfer or complete the Square payment link via email. The order will be kept on-hold until we have received a payment. If we do not receive your payment within 2 days, your order will be canceled.
